As usual, I went to the gym for a workout in the morning. I put on my headphones, changed my clothes, turned on my favorite music and started training, and suddenly a coach came up to me, even though I do sports on my own, and gave me some advice. I was very pleased to receive help and professional advice. After this incident, I decided to train with a trainer.
