My family hasn't been together in years because of a long-standing feud between my mother and uncle. I like to experiment with family recipes and I had an interesting idea to arrange a dinner that will feature dishes passed down from generation to generation. I secretly invited both family members. At first, the tension was great, but when they shared food-related memories, there was laughter. By the end of the evening, the feud was forgotten, and my idea became the bridge that united my family. I also invited my girlfriend from Ukraine, but because of receiving documents, she did not come. We plan to meet a little later.
