I decided that the time for self-development had come, and I went to yoga. The first lesson began calmly-deep breaths, smooth movements.
The instructor then said to do the -dog face down- pose. I sat down, stretched... and then my leg cramped.
- Breathe! the instructor encouraged.
-I'm trying,- I groaned, trying to get out of my own limbs.
Next to me, a girl in the lotus position was calmly meditating, and I felt that my self-development was a little behind.
But I went back to the next class. Because, as the instructor says, the main thing is not perfection, but the path. Especially if this pathway passes through seizures.
